What this site collects
Short version: a contact form, a booking link, and privacy-friendly visitor counts. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no data sold or shared with anyone.

Information collected
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form and choose to send: your name, work email, and — optionally — your company, budget range, timeline, and a description of your project.
Submissions are delivered to umarazeez.dev@gmail.com by FormSubmit, a third-party form relay. They handle the message in transit; the content then lives in that email inbox.
How it is used
To reply to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that engagement. That is the whole list. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, and you will not be added to any mailing list from a contact-form submission.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no social pixels on any
page. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s own
localStorage — it stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
Visitor numbers are measured with Plausible Analytics. Plausible is cookieless and collects no personal data: it records page views, referrer, country, and broad device type in aggregate, and it cannot identify you or follow you across other websites. Because nothing personal is stored and no cookie is set, there is no consent banner to click. Plausible does not sell data or share it with advertisers.
Other services this site loads
Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to deliver the font files.
The consultation booking calendar is provided by Calendly and loads on the contact page. If you book a call, the name, email, and any details you enter go to Calendly and are covered by their privacy policy as well as this one. Simply viewing the page does not send them anything about you beyond the request for the calendar itself.
WhatsApp buttons are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you click one and choose to start a conversation, at which point the exchange is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. If you would like your message and details deleted sooner, ask and it will be done.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time and without needing to give a reason. Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and comparable laws you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, email umarazeez.dev@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Client project material shared during an engagement is handled under the confidentiality terms of that engagement, which is also why the case studies on this site are anonymized.
Changes
If these practices change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
