About

Seven years inside the Salesforce platform.

Seven years on the Salesforce platform, working from administrator to solution architect across implementation, development, integration, and data architecture. My approach is the same regardless of engagement size: understand the business problem before touching configuration, write down the scope before starting the build, and leave documentation good enough that someone else could maintain what I built.

I work best with teams who want a real answer, not a sales pitch — including "you don’t need what you think you need," when that’s the honest read.

Working style

I work best with a written scope. Before any build starts, we agree on what "done" looks like, and that document is what I build against — not a moving target that grows over the engagement.

I default to declarative Salesforce tools and only reach for custom code when configuration genuinely can’t do the job. That keeps what I build maintainable by whoever inherits the org next.

Based in Lahore, Pakistan, Working US hours (8am–4pm ET) specifically so overlap with US-based teams isn’t a scheduling problem. Engagements outside the US are scheduled around the client’s hours instead. Communication is async-first with scheduled check-ins for real-time decisions.
